Scleractinian corals, any suggestions for identification!

I am by no means an expert on coral fossils, but I do know that since many different species can have similar outward morphology, one usually needs to cut cross sections and study them in order to determine at least the genera if not the species. But maybe @TqB could help further, although his specialty is palaeozoic corals.

I can't, I'm afraid. It would need at least a good end view and probably a section, unless someone with local knowledge is familiar with it.

you are sure with eocene? It´s Marsa Alam-Area, I assume

Corals are not easy to determine, normally you need sliced to identify better by septal arrangement.

Could you post pics of both ends, please?
