Ophthalmosaurus Vertebrae - Oxford Clay

Kosmoceras

Recommended Posts

Haven’t posted for a while and haven't been out collecting for some time, so here are a few photos of some older specimens. These vertebrae came from Quest Pit, Stewartby, in the heart of Marston Vale - Bedfordshire (before the quarry seized production). They came from the Stewartby Member of the Oxford Clay. I assume these are from Ophthalmosaurus, various positions.
