Hello all,

I have an ammonite. I'm assuming it is placenticeras meeki but I am far from an expert on such matters. Any help with identifying this specimen would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time :)

Thank you kindly. I wasn't sure if it was an intecelare or meeki. It was quite a find especially at a garage sale in ontario. It was repaired but one of the large pieces has broken off. Im hoping to have it fixed but have no idea where to start looking.

I'm not an expert in ammonites.I just love and study hard about them.If you want to fix your fossil, I think you could ask in the sub-forum Fossil preparation.

Regards
