normal sand shark tooth?

Hunted along a Rappahannock River beach at low tide, but only found about a dozen small teeth.  One was unusual.  Rather than the normal recurve of these teeth, one had a pronounced curve.  Is this pathological or a tooth from a different part of the mouth or another similar species.  Tooth looked healthy except for the lack of recurve.

I agree with @Troodon, the tooth seems pathological indeed. I'd be surprised to hear it's not pathological, because I do not know any species with such a curve...

Cool finds anyway!
