Nice teeth. I believe the correct spelling for this species is furimskyi. Case(1980)named the tooth for an amateur collector named Furimsky in his paper "A selachian fauna from the Trent Formation, Lower Miocene (Aquitanian) of eastern North Carolina" The fauna in this paper is now assigned to the River Bend Formation and is Oligocene.
