Oh! I am so sorry for the late reply as I never got the notification. Sadly I have not, besides a familial (mostly superficial) resemblence to the modern ratfish (probably from the same diet) I have not gotten any clear answers. 

Jokes aside, a true Id may never come unless far into the future. I still have hope one day someone can help with this ID.

I used to think these were front vomerine dental plates but after more analysis I belive this could be the upside down portion to the odd Janassid relatives I have been finding in the area recently. If only it was more complete. Take note of the slant on the left side.

Here are the loose teeth fragments I have found recently. The slant looks very similar. 

I will have to clean the original tooth in order to see if there is any ribbing present. 

It does not seem to fit an exact diagram of janassid teeth I have found so far online, only closely. Here is a good diagram but it lacks the ribbing

Even in these the morphological differece can be seen as mine looks more flat around the apical cusp. It would be interesting if this is a new species but id have to contact people who are in the profession.
