Nandomas
It's incredible. I found in October 2005 my first 4 beautiful flat belemnites Duvalia in France. From that time Duvalias were among my favourite fossils... Nandomas
... so I was back in that place in March 2008, finding some small Duvalia and some pieces that my wife glued together. I use to photograph all my finds and my wife uses to draw the shapes of almost all our finds. Nandomas
The incredible happened last week. Two American friends were visiting us, and my wife took the 2008 and 2005 field notebooks to find some informations. Looking at Duvalia page she realized that the two pieces (2005 & 2008) could fit together... and you can imagine the rest of the story and our happiness to reunite the Duvalia pieces. Here we are!!! :D :) Edited February 27, 2011 by Nandomas Erosion... will be my epitaph! http://www.paleonature.org/ https://fossilnews.org/

barefootgirl
First time I've ever seen them. Great finds and thanks for sharing. That's so amazing that you were able to piece them together after so many years apart. It' a friggin fossil love story! fossiladdict
Those are neat. Very cool that your wife takes the time to draw everything out. Definitely adds to the history of your finds!
