tracer Posted November 14, 2009 Share Posted November 14, 2009 so like, um, what manner of critter lost this jaw? i'll probably feel ignernt if it's something common and a duh moment, but it looks like the teeth were sideways in a very wide mandible or something. it's from reworked strata so it could be any age from 1.4 billion years ago up to now, but not from the future. yet, anyway. i shouldn't bias the id process, but i'm thinking pygmy pachydermus bisonensis.
