What's the best way to upload photos here, given the 390 Mb limit?

I am having troyble uploading images. Most photos I take exceed this.

Try cropping the image, resizing them using software, or emailing them to yourself.

I always use the website "lunapic" for cropping and scaling images before uploading them to the forum. 
That website has been very usefull for me here on the forum

Irfan View has a good freeware program for editing photos.

If you don't want to load one of the free programs, most computers come with paint. Under the home tab select resize, pick a number and save.
