Fossil Egg

Greetings.   I'm new to this forum.  I could use some help in identifying what I found while I was walking a dried creek bed today.  In researching what I've found on the internet, I came up with possible fossilized dino egg.  Could it be?

Thanks!

Welcome to the Forum. :)

I've moved your topic to Fossil ID (our pinned topic on identification is meant to be informational only). I've also removed your email as this is a public forum, and we want to spare you from bots harvesting that and sending you boatloads of spam. :D

I'm thinking this is not an egg, but a concretion/nodule. For now, have a read through our "egg"cellent guides:
