I have one identical to it and it was id'd by a very knowledgeable person he called it a sloth Chevron

This is a vertebra.  Certainly not a chevron.

Well apparently my memory isn't as good as I thought it was so I had to dig mine out. After researching exactly what a Chevron is and what it does I'm quite sure mine is a Chevron and it is not identical to the one pictured above my bad. Although the top process seems to be spot-on. I'm still pretty sure it's a sloth.I'm going to try and attach pictures of mine and if it's not a Chevron let me know.

are you thinking FH110 is a chevron?  Cuz it is also a vertebra.  Missing the centrum.
