frozen_turkey
Hi, I think i've just found a new species of coral but i have been having so trouble taking pictures with my peice of snarge cammra. Every thing else i take a pic of it comes out clear, but when i take a pic of the coral it just turns out as a blob and doesnt show any detail. Any ideas on how i can get a clear pic would be very helpful. and for the fun of it here is a discription of the fossil: Its from the divonion period and its about 4X3 and its 1-2 inches tall. And it looks like these tiny star fish (the biggest is 23 mm wide are just packed into this blob. ANd it is ungodly delicate it just takes a soft breath on it to make peoces fall off and ive only touched the fossil and the matrix about 3 times sense ive collected (a month ago) it and it is still falling apart. So if i wanted it IDed i need to act fast or find a wy to save it before its to late. Any help would be great. Thanks -Frozen PS I discribed it to my science teacher who is kinda into this stuff and he said it might be butterfly coral but ive never seen it.
