kauffy
Im getting very excited! after finding a fossil club in NSW and joining, im going on my very first hunt with them down south, about 4 hours from my house to a siluarian-devonian exposure. We will hunt to locations over two days, the first being a large hill called rainbow hill, its a 2 mile walk down....and a 2 mile walk back up + buckets of fossils! here there are brachiopods, trilos and bryazoan ect...the next site is a river bed, know for its diversity in trilobite....fragments are common but im not sure what my chances of finding a whole one will be? Anyway i will be sure to take my camera and record everything! i hope i can find a nice complete one! Members geofossil
Your enthusiasm is catching. We'll all be anticipating the photos. It's a plus you hooked up with a fossil club. I always found it really useful for getting info on what to look for, etc. And, of course, it's a lot of fun to talk fossil with fellow enthusiasts. Be sure to fill those buckets!
