Seashell rock fossil

Anyone has any idea what this is? My husband found it in our fields in Crete approx. 400m .

Looks like a pectinide bivalve.

400 mya (million years ago) might do it too. The look could easily  be of something younger however.

Yes it's a seashell, rock, and a fossil.
