The open access paper you cite actually dates to 2010 and describes the new taxon Kukufeldia tilgatensis from the Tunbridge Wells Sand Formation in Cuckfield, West Sussex (the type horizon and locality of Iguanodon anglicus). Kukufeldia nowadays is a synonym of Barilium following Norman (2013).
