All I can tell you is that - from my limited understanding of echinoid classification - this is an irregular echinoid. @TqB and @caterpillar would be the ones to ask, I think...

Not my strong point, but I think it may be a species of Sternotaxis.

Beachy Head is a fossil site on the south coast of England and comprises various chalk formations, ranging in age from Upper Albian to Coniacian. See here for further information on the locality.
