New Members Larie213 Posted April 25, 2022 New Members Share Posted April 25, 2022 Please help, the last photo is a box of pieces also found in the same spot. It all turns into muddy water when it gets any substantial liquid on it. I dug oval, eggs? Out of the side of a 30 ft drop from the side of a dirt road to the verdigris River bank in southeast Kansas.
Ludwigia
There may be some fossilized shell substance in some of these, but it's hard to tell. No eggs to be seen at any rate. 1 Greetings from the Lake of Constance. Roger http://www.steinkern.de/

I see some nodular looking rocks, (chert or limestone) and maybe a trace fossil - infilled burrow on the first item.
