New Members TLL Posted May 30, 2022 New Members Share Posted May 30, 2022 This oddity’s origin escapes me. I’ve collected rocks and shells from anywhere I can. Unfortunately, I’ll have a few like this as I beg for help in identifying my accumulation. Sorry. I am in Texas and that is the most likely place of origin but I’ve gotten things from all over. Any help would be great curiosity sucks sometimes. Thanks for scratching my itch.
Rockwood
Oyster would be a good guess. There are beds of thousands in that area, and they do weird shapes well. 1 1
Mark Kmiecik
Oyster is my first impression as well and it fits in with what is normally found in that area. 1 1 Mark. Fossil hunting is easy -- they don't run away when you shoot at them!
