Aurora NC jawbones?

I was looking through all the bone fragments my wife and I found in Aurora, NC recently and noticed 2 of the pieces had evenly spaced notches along one side. The only thing I could think of is split jawbone fragments.  Thoughts?

Bits of worn stingray tail barbs, maybe?

I was actually looking for barbs when I found these.  Here is the biggest stingray barb piece I found side by side with the bigger of the 2 unidentified bone fragments:

I think you are right. Most likely odontocete.

Definitely worn odontocete jaw sections. Those shallow evenly spaced depressions are what the tooth sockets look like when a dolphin jaw splits apart and gets water-worn.
