Anyone know what this is? Found in fish fossil quarry Wyoming USA. About 1.5-2CM(quarry is 55 million years old)

I will let the experts weigh in on your question. But I am curious, is that a tiny vertebrae to the right and slightly down from the first figure you are referencing?

Left ? I think is a scale. On the other left is a definite vert..  :)
