Kasia
Hi, I have been recently to a Cretaceous quarry in Kazimierz and I found these. I believe this one is some sort of a sponge - can anyone confirm or correct this assumption? This one too, I guess. I also found two specimens like this - they look like some kind of bivalve. Can anyone help ID those? I will appreciate any clues as whay these might be. Kasia Edited November 19, 2022 by Kasia
Rockwood
Sure looks like the rooting spicules of a sponge to me. I'm not the one to confirm it though. 1
fifbrindacier
The second one is also a sponge according to me. 1 "On ne voit bien que par le coeur, l'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux."
