Fossil Collect
Hello is this a Nanotyrannus or dakotaraptor tooth? The seller labeled it as a dakotaraptor or Nanotyrannus. I don’t know what the locality is but the tooth is 1.09 inches long and from the hell creek formation of Montana, thanks.

Troodon
Then it's Nano. Please understand that the MOST important piece of information you can provide in the identification of dinosaur material is locality. So when purchasing a specimen please make sure you obtain it. State or Country alone is rarely adequate.

I was told a few months ago about this same tooth and some others that the seller got in the same lot: “I'm pretty sure Carter co“ I would steer clear. Yeah, a few months ago it said it was sold but now it’s available again which makes me confused.
