Creek - Don Posted April 16, 2023 Share Posted April 16, 2023 (edited) Hello new member. Most of North Texas Pleistocene fossil bones were found right above the Cretaceous gravel layer. These layer tends to preserve bones better then any other layer. I also found several bison bones at this layer and they were well preserved. Anything above this layer could be recent though.
