Seriously, we have been looking for that perfect within striking range house where you don't stick your hand out the window and poke your neighbor in the eye. Saw a nice 23 acre place near San Antonio--the problem being it was near San Antonio (way too much city). This Azle place looks promising. I can feel the urge to dig MOS coming on me....
