There are some members on the forum that are very well versed in the geology of the state. micropterus101 Posted June 2, 2010 Share Posted June 2, 2010 Aaron, Not that rare and it depends on what area you found them in for age. I find them up north and there they are Miocene. In a couple creeks in southwest WA the are ogliocene. Up north I also find clams that are like geodes with crystal in them.
