Hi,

I picked this up last winter and was told it was Cretaceous period and from Peru.

Is this possible? Also what is it, I was angling towards a Douvilleiceras but this really is not my area!

 

Looking forward to learning something hopefully!

I have nothing to aid you in your quest for answers but to ooooo and ahhh at how beautiful your piece is. The detail is remarkable. I would have snatched that one up for sure. ☺️
