Unknow fossil found in Montana

This "fossil" was found near Laurel, Montana in Yellowstone County. It was found in a newly exposed creek bed.

Not sure about a horn but looks like bone. If you want too see if it’s modern or a fossil burn a piece and if it smells like burning hair or if it smells bad, if it smells bad  it’s modern and not a fossil.

Welcome to TFF Blake.  I lived a year in Park City, Montana a lifetime ago.  Beautiful area of the country.  I really miss it.

I'm looking at that wavy ridge running the length of it and thinking it's not a horn or core.
