Mulatto_Zack
Looking at purchasing this oviraptor egg. Is it 100% real and natural or has it been restored / repaired in some areas. Edited August 2, 2023 by Mulatto_Zack

Troodon
On the surface it looks real, no repair is apparent with these photos.. The obvious concern is all the missing eggshell and the stability of the remaining eggshell. I would be concerned that more would come off and its the eggshell your purchasing. Appears to be an Elongatoolithus type egg, cannot tell you it definitively belongs to an Oviraptorid especially without a provenance
Tidgy's Dad
I think it looks rather nice and seems to be Elongatoolithus, which are often, but not defiitively, it seems, applied to eggs of oviraptorids. Life's Good! Tortoise Friend.
