Can Anyone ID This?

Hey hey everybody,

   I found this odd stone in the same location that I've found petrified wood and a couple fossilized shells.

 

It doesn't look like bone to me, maybe its a different plant species than the one im use to? If someone could get an ID on this that would be greatly appreciated! For all I know, it's just an odd stone.
