SawTooth
Found this tooth the other day, at first I just thought hastalis, but looking back now something seems off about it, what do you think?
Darktooth
Compare with Isurus paucus. I don't know much about these sharks but it was the first thing that came to mind as they have that notch in the blade. Edited August 28, 2023 by Darktooth I like Trilo-butts and I cannot lie. Fin Lover
I would also think mako (Isurus sp.) over hastalis. Fin Lover
Darktooth
I will add, since I just remembered the other name for Isurus paucus is Isurus retroflexus. Also Isurus desori can have a pronounced notch in the blade, but desori teeth are usually narrower then the one you have. I like Trilo-butts and I cannot lie. SawTooth
After looking up these sharks I was able to find this image that appears to be very similar to the one I found. it is a bit hard to tell with the root being worn, but it does look right. (This photo is in a different format than most of what I post, let me know if it doesn't show up)
