LanceH
What are these two jaws and leg bone? I'm thinking from other internet pics I have a bison jaw (left), deer jaw (right), and cow leg bone??
PrehistoricFlorida
All are bison. Do the match test to make sure they're fossilized. www.PrehistoricFlorida.com
Uncle Siphuncle
Lance The leg bone is a metapodial, also known as a cannon bone. I think metapodial is a catch all term for both metatarsals and metacarpals, but I don't mind being corrected by someone better versed. Grüße, Daniel A. LanceH
Thanks for the confirmation on the left jaw and the correction on the right jaw! The right jaw is missing the back end and gave it a longer narrower appearance that made me think deer although the teeth are identical which I noted in the field.
