minnbuckeye
Snow storm overnight allowed me some time to expose this cephalopod in it's Galena/Ordovician matrix. Only the crystals were exposed so I was happy with what was hidden beneath the rock. As I have said many times in the past, I love the combination of fossil and crystal. 1

I love to view them too, sometimes the crystals are more collectable than the whole fossil

Wrangellian
Nice job. I don't have many crystal-lined fossils but this one is a good one: (Not self-found, though.. it is from Alberta and was given to me by a late friend, Brendan. He also gave me a dino bone that had broken to reveal crystals inside but I can't find pics of that at the moment)
