The Chubutensis teeth are sticking out like this. Is there a possibility of Chubutensis teeth? It's just a pathological tooth, right? Doctor Mud Posted May 3 Share Posted May 3 That’s a really nice tooth! Thats what is known as a pathological tooth. A deformity caused by damage or crowding when the tooth was forming. Not an Otodus chubutensis but looks like a O. megalodon to me. O. Chubutensis has cusps that are almost fused with the crown on both sides. This has a deformity on one side.
