I came across this in Oregon, and it appears to look like a skull. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Please be more precise about the location. This would help us to determine the stratigraphic range, which in turn narrows down the possibilities. Oregon is a pretty big place. Also please describe the circumstances under which this was found.

No bone texture, and no skull morphology.
Looks like weathered limestone, to me.

Looks like an agate nodule too me (part of one anyways.)

I agree with Tony.  This looks a lot like a chalcedony nodule.
