Sorry, just looks like a rock to me. Not seeing a fossil of any kind.

Looks like a rock with interesting mineral infill.  Maybe limestone around flint?  Neat little piece.

I've found these before.  @Brandy Cole is correct; it is likely a flint vein/nodule with attached limestone-sometimes almost chert-like.
