New Members Hekki Posted May 27 New Members Share Posted May 27 (edited) Was out shifting through some rocks on the beach and found some agates. Just curious if anyone has any knowledge of what these may have been. Was found in Washington State, near Joyce on the Juan De Fuca Straits. Ludwigia
The first 2 appear to be quartz. 1 Greetings from the Lake of Constance. Roger http://www.steinkern.de/
Mark Kmiecik
They appear to be of geologic origin. I don't see any fossils. 1 Mark. Fossil hunting is easy -- they don't run away when you shoot at them!
val horn
The first looks to me to be a bivalve internal mold particularly the little hooks for the umbo the rest may or may not be fossils. If it were mine i would consider the twig like one to be a burrow
