Greetings,

 I am new to The Fossil Forum and wanted to ask a question regarding the Eurypterid site in Litchfield, NY. Have there been any updates on the collecting status of this site? I tried to visit this site yesterday, only to encounter a hostile local within 5 minutes of getting out of my car. I did not see any private property markers/signage. I figured I'll check in with the town to see what info they may have. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
