I discovered this fossil a couple of years ago in an Ordovician formation in Québec. Could this be a trace fossil, possibly Lingulichnus verticalis?

It looks very similar to the Juan Emmanuel fossil.

As I received no response to my message, I name it to the best of my knowledge as Planolites. But I'm still not 100%  sure if it's geologic or made by a living organism.

I really looks like some trace fossil burrows to me. Are the rocks marine?

Yes! most likely a shallow sea, same place where I find brachiopod and bi-valve etc.
