Fossilized egg western Washington state near cascades

Fossil ID found in Washington State, on the western half near the Cascades - specifically Shelton Washington.

 

I was walking the railroad tracks and there came an area where the railroad people had to blast their way through in order for the train tracks to be put down, and while looking through some of the remnants, I found what looks to me like an egg.

It's shiny, with the shell -  the inside is brown.

 

If anybody can help ID this I would greatly appreciate.

Sorry, this is not an egg, but a Concretion.

Plus 1 for concretion. That rind is way too thick to be an eggshell. A baby would need a jackhammer or dynamite to get through it!  Also no shell texture etc…
