Kabura
Same overlaying deposit in SE Pennsylvania, bucks county. With two having very distinct neural spines. The only thing I have seen resembling these particular neural spines are from sauropod's. Also with the neural canal starting further up the length of the centrum. Unless someone could point out other possibilities. I have looked with no luck.
ynot
I think bovine. Have you done a burn test?
Kabura
The size would imply that it would be from a calf in utero. So i would find that to be unlikely. Added that again there are very distinct lamina on the neural spine. Which cows don’t have. Edited June 18 by Kabura

ted coulianos
Inclined to agree with Fossildude19; deer (possibly thoracic) vertebra; Goggle image searches of deer vertebrae are a pretty close match; does not appear to be a fossil: for comparison: https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https://www.researchgate.net/publication/329656140/figure/fig1/AS:703761571921922@1544801242521/Fig-1-Caudal-view-of-thoracic-vertebra-in-blackbuck-showing-spinous-process-a.ppm&imgrefurl=https://www.researchgate.net/figure/Fig-1-Caudal-view-of-thoracic-vertebra-in-blackbuck-showing-spinous-process-a_fig1_329656140&h=920&w=432&tbnid=dJ1rIh6_jQyNDM&q=deer+thoracic+vertebrae&tbnh=147&tbnw=69&usg=AI4_-kTGFZ94veDj7SoRir-71I9nfNJReQ&vet=1&docid=yp63yh8yd1oUPM&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjg7snwueWGAxUq78kDHfIzBBQQ9QF6BAgLEAY
