Found in a bag of decorative red rock purchased from Home Depot , it stood out from the rest and thought it could be a fossil.

Sorry. This is an iron rich concretion. Not a fossil.

While it is likely a concretion, it is intriguing nevertheless.  Could you retake the first photo to get a clearer shot?

 

PS 3rd photo looks like a cold cooked chicken leg. Or maybe I'm hungry.

It's funny you said a chicken leg because the top left of first pic looks an awful lot like a beak. I will post better photos.

The outline looks vaguely like a bivalve shell, but, I think concretion is more likely.
