From my first ever pile of dirt that was full of fossils and more.

This was my best find ever.  I have 5 pieces that are bigger than a bowling ball. Compact matrix pieces with fossil oysters, shells and calcite.

1st photo.  I think it looks like a rabbit,  lol bigger than a bowling ball.

2nd cluster of Oyster shells and matrix with my small pirate coral.

3rd Pic. Of the coral piece I call my pirate.  What do you think? He looks like a pirate.

4th . Then some of the 100 fossil Oyster shells I found. 3 to 6 inch average.  And a few big matrix pieces.

Expose your specimens to UV light.  The calcite crystals and calcite replaced mollusks should fluoresce a nice green.

I've spent hrs 🙃 playing with them with light and a magnifier. Fun , fun!
