Juvenile Ceratopsian Toe Questions

I collected this in Hell Creek Formation a few days ago and posted it in Fossil of the month. My questions are

 

1. How old would the animal be for the Phalanges to be this small?

 

2. How rare are bones from such young Dinosaurs?

isolate bone would be hard to ID whether its from Hadrosaur or ceratopsian species 

 

1. need to know size 

2. toe bone are quite common from what i have seen .

1. 2cm

2. Even from Juveniles this small?

yeah i also have toe bone the same size as yours . still not sure what to call ..Hadrosaur or Ceratopsian sp.

The Paleo expert on my dig said Ceratopsian
