Psitacosaurus Skull

Hi I am interested in this skull but unsure how to determine if it's real.

If it is or is not how can you tell?

if you do not like to spend not much money it will be o.k.. I would assume it is a 70% original one with poor restorations. Most of the skull it looks like skull-surface

Skull-end is horrible, but might be it will be good after prep

So, if you are able to prep this and the price is reasonalbe, not too many small red flags on it
