Unknown ?Coral? Fossil

Hello! I am seeking help in identifying this interesting piece I purchased at an estate sale in Tulsa, OK. There was no information provided on it. I was told that the estate owner worked in Arizona with a Native American arts organization for many years so it's possible it could be from the AZ region. I have never seen anything like this before but the closest I could find out from my research is that it's possibly fossilized coral? Any guidance and education you can give me is very appreciated! Thanks!

NOTE: Please let me know if I can provide any further pictures or details!

Geologic boxwork.

Not a fossil of any kind, but a geologic structure.

Google "boxwork" and check out the images.

Fossil hunting is easy -- they don't run away when you shoot at them!
