Chicago Pnuematic SandBlaster?

Hello all,

 

I came across a FBM listing for a Central Pnuematic SandBlaster and was wondering if it would be applicable for fossil preparation? I’ve read the forums here and ended up getting the CP 9361 which works wonderfully, but am wanting something for detail work.

No, that is going to be a actual "sand blaster" meant for descaling, rust removal, etc.  It is far too powerful for fossil work.  In fossil prep we dont use sand blasters, we use micro air-abrasion units, and many times even those have to be used on very low PSI levels.

You are looking for an air eraser, or air abrasive unit. NOT a sandblaster.
