Hi! I am really a newbie to fossils but really amazed by them. This is my first fossil found and I read a lot on the internet.

I am really confused if this is:

- The shell itself brachiopod ?

- Mold Cast only?

I'm so excited to learn!

Teach me please.

I hope it's the shell itself

The black ribbed part looks like the shell itself to me. And I think I see pieces of the other side mixed in with the matrix inside it

Thank you 😊 for your comment. I think I have found a new passion and will comeback at the site to explore more. As a kid, I used to pickup coloured broken glass on the floor in Bulgaria 🇧🇬 in the 1980's lol.

Thank you for welcoming me 😊I understand you're also fascinated by what the forgotten times have left behind a very long time before we were here.  😉
