NOT a skull.

The rounded lump looks like a possible rugose coral. No bone texture, no actual skull morphology.


This is limestone, with a paleozoic invertebrate fossil.

Also, this is the same video you posted yesterday, and already received answers about.  Reposting the same items won't get you different answers.  It's been suggested in at least a couple of your posts that you research your area to see what can be found there, as some areas are too old or too young to find the dinosaur "skulls" and "hearts" you believe you are seeing.  I hate to see someone get their hopes up and waste their time looking for unrealistic things when you could be finding actual fossils after just a little bit of research.
