Fossil ID help

Found on Myrtle beach in South Carolina United States. Length is about one cm and width is about 5 mm. I appreciate any help!!

Not sure this is a fossil.  :unsure:

Not seeing bone texture, and the blown up pictures are too blurry to see any detail.  :(

This one almost looks like a piece of crab claw - arthropod-ish texture to it ...
