Weathered limestone.

 

Looks like there may be some chert nodules/inclusions in it as well.


No bone texture, no bone morphology.

The texture seen in the top photo which looks a little like bone is actually small trace fossils in the cast of a larger burrow fossil. The holes are also burrow fossils that were made, likely at a slightly different time, in the same sediments.
